On 18.12.2022, our department organized a conference on the occasion of World Arabic Day at Ahmet Keleşoğlu Faculty of Education Erol Güngör Conference Hall. At the conference, Vice Dean of our faculty Assoc. Prof. Dr. Süleyman Barbaros YALÇIN, Head of the Department of Oriental Languages and Literatures at Selcuk University and Head of the Department of Arabic Language and Literature Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kazım ÜRÜN and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet YILDIZ addressed the audience. In addition, the students of our department performed poetry and melodies, and a quiz contest was held for the audience at the closing.
