A patient with a dichorionic triamniotic triplet pregnancy at 18 weeks and 6 days, diagnosed with stage 3 TTTS, was referred from outside the city to the Perinatology Clinic of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Necmettin Erbakan University Meram Faculty of Medicine. She was informed about selective fetal reduction and fetoscopic laser procedures. Due to the patient's refusal to undergo fetal reduction, a fetal laser ablation operation was successfully performed under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ali Acar. The patient, whose treatment was completed, was discharged in good health. We congratulate Prof. Dr. Ali Acar, Dr. Fikriye Karanfil Yaman, Dr. Fethiye Şahin, Dr. Orhan Ay, and Dr. Melike Sevde Harmancı for their success.
