Basic microsurgery training programs are carried out for surgical branch doctors who have completed their specialization training in medicine or who are continuing their specialization training. Due to the necessity of microsurgery laboratories with special equipment for the realization of these programs, there are very few microsurgery laboratories in our country and therefore a very limited number of microsurgery courses are organized. Our center, which tries to contribute to the solution of this problem, albeit partially, has a microsurgery laboratory with the necessary devices and equipment to train 10 trainees in each course. Thanks to the training programs held every two months within our center, nearly 60 trainees come from different parts of Turkey and the world annually and receive basic microsurgery training.
