Our University Meram Vocational School (Vocational School) Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services Cookery Program Instructor and Head of Department Assist. Instructor Cemil USLU, Lecturer Asst. Murat ÖZCAN and Program Students Celebrated 20 October World Chefs' Day. Meals were cooked by the Program Students in the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Application Workshop of our university. In the service hall of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Application Building, the students ate their meals and at the same time expressed their opinions about the department and the profession. Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services Department Cookery Program 1. And 2. Classes met with this organization and information was given about the school. Then, the 1st year students of the Culinary Program wore their chef jackets for the first time.
