The International Chef Dede Ateşbâz-ı Veli Symposium, organized for the second time this year by Konya Metropolitan Municipality and Necmettin Erbakan University, has started. More than 200 scientists from Turkey and the world will participate in the symposium, which is organized to contribute to the promotion of Konya gastronomy and Ateş Baz-ı Veli, the only chef in whose name a tomb was built.
