Second-year students of our faculty, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, implemented "Barrier-Free Menus" within the scope of December 3, World Disabled Day, under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Eda Güneş and Assoc. Prof. Yılmaz Seçim. Our students, who vocalize menus to ensure that individuals with visual, hearing and speech disabilities can receive better service from food and beverage establishments, aim to raise awareness in this context.
