The "Alternative Protein Sources and Artificial Meat" seminar, moderated by Elif Yıldırım, Associate Professor of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of our Faculty, with Professor Hasan Yetim from Istanbul Zaim University as the speaker, was held on 21.05.2024 at 13:30 in the D3 Hall of our Faculty.
