An "Anxiety Seminar" was organized in collaboration with the Seydişehir District Health Directorate in the Seydişehir Ahmet Cengiz Engineering Faculty conference hall. In the seminar, the causes and effects of anxiety were discussed, and information was provided to the participants about anxiety management techniques and ways to protect psychological health. The seminar ended with the participants' questions being answered.
