Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Prof. Dr. Emel Ege, took part as a speaker at the "II. International and III. National Women's Health Nursing Congress" on the subject of "Being a Woman in the Academy and in the Field of Women's Health". In her speech, she talked about women's social equality, the difficulties they experience in their careers, and the conflict between work and family roles. We thank him for raising awareness on this issue.
