At a career day organized with the participation of our graduates, Selbinur Dinç, Şule Güngörmüş, and Semanur Aşkın offered valuable insights to second-year medical laboratory students about the challenges and opportunities they may face after graduation. Drawing on their own experiences, they candidly shared the challenges faced during the job search process, the importance of internships and volunteer work, and the impact of networking on career development. They also emphasized that graduation is not an end, but a beginning that requires continuous development. They advised current students to explore their personal talents and be open to certifications and training in their fields. This awareness raises awareness that students can shape their future plans and increase their professional motivation.
