In KRP102 Career Planning course, to make students who are in the first year of vocational education understand how they can plan their careers; It is aimed to bring together students with successful urban planners from municipalities, other public institutions and the private sector to enable them to make their own personal career plans by discovering their skills and interests in their career journey and to direct them to the fields of work that will make them happy in the future.

In this context, in the event named "Career Planning Conversations-5", where Dr. Gökmen ARGUN was the speaker, the Non-Governmental Organizations and Environment dimension of the urban planning profession was discussed, focusing on the speaker's areas of professional specialization (topics such as protecting the natural environment, fighting poverty, rural development, international environmental funds, etc. in planning), open to the participation of everyone, especially the students taking the course.
