The rapid increase in the elderly population in the world is putting significant pressure on healthcare services. Elderly individuals are more frequently faced with health problems such as chronic diseases, mobility problems and cognitive decline, which means that their access to healthcare services is of vital importance. Access to healthcare services plays a critical role in improving the quality of life of elderly individuals, supporting their independent living and preventing the progression of diseases. However, the economic, social, geographical and digital barriers that elderly people face in accessing healthcare services can make it difficult to provide these services effectively. Therefore, developing health policies for the elderly population and increasing the accessibility of healthcare services are of great importance for public health. In this activity, students had the opportunity to experience evaluating elderly people in their own living spaces.
