The 8th Traditional Sports Festival organized by our University's Department of Health, Culture and Sports has ended this year.   35 football, 9 men's basketball, 12 men's volleyball and 6 women's volleyball teams competed to be first in the tournament, which started with football matches played at Şehit Muharrem Samur Stadium.   In the football tournament final match; The Punishers team, representing Ereğli Vocational School of Justice, became the champion by defeating the Kolpaçino team, representing Ahmet Keleşoğlu Education Faculty (AKEF) Physical Education and Sports Department, 2-1. Another team, Game King, representing AKEF Physical Education and Sports Department, came third.   Ali Ulvi Founder The Faculty of Medicine became the champion after defeating the Faculty of Dentistry team with a score of 3-2 in the final match of the men's volleyball tournament held at Imam Hatip High School Sports Hall and 75. Yıl Sports Hall. Ereğli Faculty of Education took third place in the tournament.   In the women's volleyball tournament, the team of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences became the champion, defeating the AKEF team 3-1 in the final.   In the men's basketball tournament, which was completed with a match played between AKEF Basketball and Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Medicine became the champion by winning the match with a score of 54-47. Faculty of Tourism completed the tournament in 3rd place.
