As a result of the protocol signed between @pelitas.as, a subsidiary of Meram Municipality, and @neukonsem, faculty members of the Tourism Management Department, Prof. Dr. Ceyhun Can Özcan and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Cüneyt Şapcılar, provided support to Pelitaş’s Haki Café in areas such as machinery and equipment supply, menu design, coffee selection, human resources management, and barista training.
