Combating Substance Addiction Don't Be Addicted, Be Free

Within the scope of Combating Substance Addiction, a seminar was held for the students of our Higher School with the motto "Don't Be Addicted, Be Free". The seminar was given by Police Officer İsmail AKBULUT from Konya Provincial Police Directorate Anti-Narcotic Crimes Branch Directorate.
In the training, which aims to increase the awareness of university students about substance addiction; information was given on addictive substances, characteristics of addicted people, profiles of street dealers, street names of narcotic substances, language used in the trade and consumption of narcotic substances, suspicious places, legal sanctions and solution centers applied in the fight against drugs.
The seminar was attended by academicians, administrative staff and students of our university and ended with questions, answers and gift presentations.
