Comparative Law Workshop trainings are given in order for law school students to get to know different legal systems and to make comparisons between these legal systems. With these trainings, it is possible to increase the level of knowledge of students to produce different solutions to current issues. In this context, the similarities and differences between Islamic law and modern legal systems are discussed. Dr. Mustafa Ünal, a research assistant at the Faculty of Law, makes a weekly presentation as part of the Comparative Law Workshop. As the topic of this week, the title of the Legislator in Terms of Legal Systems is covered.
