"Cooking competition" within the scope of Turkish cuisine week events

Our faculty's Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Seçim served as a jury member in the cooking competition organized for Turkish cuisine week (10:00 at İMKB Gazi Mustafa Kemal MTAL). Information was provided about the place and importance of local cuisines in culture, and questions were answered. In the interview with a large number of participants, known information and forgotten information about our sustainable local cuisine were reminded.
