Based on the fact that disasters are inevitable, AFAD, which aims to reduce disaster damages, take precautions and reduce their effects, is in cooperation with our university's Civil Defense and Firefighting program.

With the invitation of Konya Provincial Disaster and Emergency Directorate, our students carried out our Search and Rescue course practically.
With the vision of AFAD; It is a great chance for our students to benefit from the experience of an institution that focuses on risk management, has the importance of sustainable development, pays attention to efficiency, effectiveness and reliability in service delivery, is strong at the international level and effectively coordinates all institutions involved in disaster management.
We will continue to strive to ensure that every student in the Necmettin Erbakan University Civil Defense and Firefighting Program is trained in a well-equipped manner throughout their education and training period.
