In cooperation with Meram Vocational School Hotel Restaurant and Catering Services Department and Konya Dsyb, on-site observation of Food Hygiene and Sanitation rules in the milk processing plant of the relevant company

The students of our school's Culinary Program organized a technical trip to Konya DSYB Milk Processing Plant to examine hygiene and sanitation practices on site. The trip was organized under the supervision of Lecturer Evren NAS.

Students had the opportunity to closely observe the processes of the facility and examine good hygiene practices on site. This experience was a valuable opportunity for them to put their theoretical knowledge into practice and understand the best practices in the sector.

At the end of the trip, Mr. Edip YILDIZ, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Edip YILDIZ and other executives took a close interest in the students.
