As part of the Cold Kitchen Practices of our University Meram Vocational School (Vocational School) Hotel Restaurant and Catering Services Department Cooking Program, students and chefs who received skill training in hotels exhibited their skills and the products created by the art of carving watermelons and other vegetables were presented to the guests. Our students received the positive opinions of the guests and informed the participating guests about the details of the design and decoration in the kitchen. The event ended by informing the guests about the intricacies of the art of carving, which has a very important place in terms of welcoming guests in our country and around the world.
