The Diyarbakır J Project Meeting was organized together with the Turkish Society of Clinical Immunology, Necmettin Erbakan University and Dicle University in Diyarbakır. The main topic was ‘Recurrent Infections and Primary Immunodeficiency’.This Meeting was held on September 15, 2022 and primarily focused on the diagnostic problems and therapeutic approaches in the patients with PID for pediatricians.
The moderators of Diyarbakır J Project Meeting were Prof Ismail Reisli, MD and Dr Ahmet Kan from Dicle University. After an informative talk on the history of J Project Meetings in Turkey and in the world, Prof Ismail Reisli gave his lecture about “Approch to recurrent infections”.Prof Reisli also talked on the diagnostic algorithm for a child presented with recurrent infections and mentioned that the early diagnosis was very important for PID patients and that the effective therapy depends on early diagnosis of PID patients. Dr Ahmet Kan had a lecture on the diagnosis and the treatment of the patients with PID, especially immunoglobulin replacement therapy. At the end of the session, he also mentioned that the effective therapy depends on early diagnosis of PID patients. 
There were 45pediatricians attended this meeting. The participants discussed the importance of early diagnosis and early treatment of the patients with PID.
