In the Hematology Unit, under the guidance of the instructor, our nursing student educated the patient receiving chemotherapy in the hematology unit with the educational material she developed about the allergy symptoms of the chemotherapy drug. In this way, it was aimed at detecting vascular access-related infections early. In addition, our students had experience by doing patient education.
