A technical trip was carried out with the participation of the students and instructors of the relevant course in order for the senior students of the Department of City and Regional Planning of our university to see and explore the city of Eskişehir, which they consider as a subject within the scope of the applied studio course.
With the trip, it is aimed for students to obtain the data they may need by visiting official institutions in Eskişehir, to obtain comprehensive information about the city by visiting non-governmental organizations and professional chambers in Eskişehir, and to experience urban space.
Within the scope of the trip, an information meeting was held on October 11 by Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality officials in the municipal council hall, and then another meeting on the history of the city was held at the Eskişehir Chamber of Architects with the participation of the chamber president, members and representatives of the Eskişehir Chamber of City Planners. On October 12, the city of Bilecik, Bozüyük and Söğüt Districts were visited with the help of guides, and an information meeting was held with the participation of Bilecik Municipality officials.
