In order for the students of the Faculty of Law to improve themselves, they were taught decision review methods and were asked to present the decisions they reviewed to other students. Accordingly, the students were given a task on Examination of ECHR Decisions Based on Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights Concerning Incitation of Terrorism. The students first provided information about the ECHR and the binding nature of the ECHR judgments. Then they gave general information about the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and made explanations about Article 19 of this covenant. Sample decisions based on this article were selected and examined.
