Exchanging Ideas with Famous Chefs

The Food Processing Department Flour and Bakery Technology Program students participated in the Bodrum Gastro Fest event. As part of the event, our students came together with well-known chefs from Tunisia and Algeria and learned about the unique techniques and important tips regarding the culinary culture of these countries.

This interaction at an international level was extremely productive in terms of our students getting to know different culinary traditions, developing their professional visions and expanding their perspectives on world cuisine.

We would like to thank the valuable chefs who sincerely shared their knowledge and experiences with our students.
