The aim of exercise training during pregnancy is to help expectant mothers to have a more comfortable pregnancy by protecting their physical health and to prepare them for delivery. These trainings cover objectives such as facilitating adaptation to the changes that the body is exposed to during pregnancy, supporting muscle and joint health, increasing endurance during labor and accelerating postpartum recovery. It is also known that regular and conscious exercise during pregnancy reduces stress, supports psychological well-being and contributes to the healthy development of the baby. In this context, pregnant women coming to the family health centre were trained.
