Organized by the first-year AGAPE group under the supervision of Dr. Aliye Çayır as part of the Volunteer Studies course, the “Importance of Water and Water Conservation” Exhibition aimed to highlight the vital role of water in sustaining life. The exhibition featured visual materials on the water cycle, areas of water use, and practical methods for saving water in daily life. Designed to promote the protection of water resources, encourage conscious consumption habits, and enhance environmental awareness, the event offered visitors the opportunity to learn that water conservation can begin with simple actions and that every individual has a responsibility in this regard. The exhibition aligned directly with Sustainable Development Goals such as SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and SDG 13 (Climate Action), serving as an effective awareness initiative. Prepared as part of the AGAPE group’s Volunteer Project, this activity was regarded as an important step toward strengthening environmental consciousness, and we extend our thanks to everyone who supported the event.
