Family planning education is an important health service that aims to help individuals and couples make informed and planned decisions about having children. This education covers topics such as contraceptive methods, reproductive health, sexual health, and the effects of pregnancy spacing on maternal and infant health. Family planning contributes to the prevention of unwanted pregnancies, the protection of women's physical and mental health, and the economic and social well-being of families. Education also supports womens to be informed about their reproductive rights and to better plan for their future. In this context, women coming to the family health centre were trained.
