The event titled "Coloring Substances in All Aspects as Food Additives" within the scope of "Food Science and Healthy Nutrition Seminars-1" organized in cooperation with our Faculty's Department of Nutrition and Dietetics and NEU Halal and Healthy Food Application and Research Center will be held on Nutrition and Health Sciences on 7.5.2024. It was made with the speech of Professor Doctor Hasan H. Kara, faculty member of our Department of Dietetics. Color substances, which are an important class of food additives, were discussed from many perspectives and information was shared with the participants on issues such as classifying color substances and learning their usage areas.
