Our gastronomy and culinary arts department head Assoc. Dr. Yılmaz SEÇİM met with young people in Şırnak and served as a jury member in the Nuh’un Sofrası regional food competition. In addition, by talking about our local products, our cultural heritage, our food and our nutrition culture, the importance of nutrition and the importance of our local culinary culture/food were emphasized.
