Elif Esma Çelik, a student of the Medical Laboratory Techniques Program at our Vocational School, delivered a presentation on global warming to an audience composed of students from the Department of Medical Services and Techniques.

In her presentation, the effects of global warming and glacier melting on ocean currents and global climate change were discussed. Elif Esma Çelik explained the interactions within climate systems using scientific data and drew attention to the long-term impacts of glacier melting on sea levels, temperature balance, and living organisms.

The presentation, which attracted great interest from the students, emphasized that global climate change is not only an environmental issue but also a major global concern with significant health and ecological dimensions.

At the end of the event, awareness was raised among students about environmental consciousness and the importance of adopting sustainable lifestyle habits.
