As the Food Processing Department, we hosted our graduate student Mr. Akın Alkan from Ova Flour Factory, as well as the factory production manager Mr. Mehmet Şah Aksin and assistant production manager Mr. Şener Kara. In this event, our guests shared their experiences in the sector, information and suggestions regarding job search processes, and current developments in the flour and bakery products sector with our students. The event contributed to the increase in our students' professional awareness and to their establishment of stronger ties with the sector. At the end of the program, a friendly and productive interaction environment was provided with the desserts and cakes prepared by our students. We would like to thank all participants who contributed.
