Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services Department Cookery Program Cake Buffet. Design decoration applications were made in dessert sauces and cakes in national and international cuisines. Our high school administration participated and tasted the products. A program was held in which the students of the culinary program had the opportunity to exhibit their products.
