According to Turkish Standards TS 13811 Hygiene and Sanitation Management System, Our University Hygiene and Sanitation Policy

* To develop a sustainable management approach by establishing education and training activities in health and hygiene conditions in units affiliated to the university,
* To pioneer the “Hygiene and Sanitation Rules” for the protection of public health and the prevention of diseases,
* To encourage compliance with the “Hygiene and Sanitation Rules” for the protection of public health and the prevention of exposure to diseases,
* To determine and implement hygiene and sanitation rules in public living areas in addition to personal hygiene,
* To manage all risks originating from hygiene and sanitation in physical, chemical and biological environments with the “Hygiene and Sanitation Management System” for the health of all personnel and students,
* To develop activities aimed at creating a culture with a standard-based approach at national and international levels in health, cleanliness and hygiene conditions in educational units, regardless of the initiative of individuals,
* To develop the competencies of employees providing cleaning services at the university. Informing employees about “Cleaning and Hygiene” in developing these competencies,
* Implementing the Hygiene and Sanitation Management System standard in the university and continuously improving the quality of the service provided by cleaning staff,
* Continuously monitoring the hygiene and sanitation conditions in our educational institutions by managers, conducting internal audits, auditing by competent audit staff, addressing the cleaning, hygiene and sanitation system in management review meetings.
