Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eda GÜNEŞ, Lecturer at Meram Public Education Center, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, and Assist. With the support of Asst. Cemil USLU, a hygiene certificate program was organized for those working in the food sector. The principles of hygiene and sanitation were conveyed to the students so that they could work in hotel businesses.
