Improving The Speaking Skills of Turkish and Foreign Students with Peer Supported Language Learning Model

Within the scope of the "Project for Improving the Speaking Skills of Turkish and Foreign Students with the Peer Supported Language Learning Model", 43 students from 22 different countries who are Turkish preparatory students at Necmettin Erbakan University TÖMER and 37 students from the first year students of the Department of Arabic Language Teaching of the Faculty of Education of Ahmet Keleşoğlu University were introduced to the "Peer Supported Language Learning Club" event.  AKEF Vice Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat ATEŞ, NEU TÖMER Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serdar DERMAN and Head of the Department of Arabic Language Teaching Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet YILDIZ attended the program. Within the framework of the event, it is aimed for international students to practice speaking Turkish with Turkish students and Arabic Language Education students to practice speaking Arabic with international students. All students who participated in the program expressed their belief that the project would be very beneficial for the development of their speaking skills and thanked those who contributed.
