Dr. Uğur ATASEVEN from our University's General Secretariat Education Unit participated as an instructor. Dr. ATASEVEN emphasized the basic elements of effective leadership and creating a strong team dynamic, and emphasized the positive effects of these skills on productivity and harmony within the institution. Participants were informed about recognizing leadership styles and developing appropriate leadership strategies for different situations. In addition, interactive sessions were held during the training on how to build healthy communication, trust and mutual respect within the team.
During the education, participants gained information reinforced with practical examples on roles within the team, task sharing and cooperation towards common goals. Dr. ATASEVEN presented examples through group work and various case studies to increase individual and team performance. In addition to theoretical knowledge, participants had the opportunity to better understand team dynamics with real-life examples.
