Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Medicine Department of Infectious Diseases organized an informational training session to raise awareness about Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF), which is of great concern to public health. The training was held in the Conference Hall of our University Hospital and was presented by Dr. Esma Kepenek Kurt.

The event provided comprehensive information on the transmission routes, clinical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment methods, and preventive measures for Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever. Dr. Kepenek Kurt emphasized that individuals engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry are particularly at risk for this disease, drawing attention to the importance of early diagnosis and prevention awareness.
