This activity, organized by the Department of Food Processing at Necmettin Erbakan University, Meram Vocational School, aimed to provide students with an understanding of the processes involved in integrating local products into the economy and to equip them with relevant knowledge and skills. The program covered the value chain, marketing strategies, and economic contributions of local products in detail. Additionally, practical applications were conducted using regional examples, transforming theory into practice with active student participation.
