Instead of the issue of liability arising from the acts of states, information is given in terms of the liability arising from the acts of non-state actors. Although the actions of states are generally important within the scope of international law, the actions of non-state actors are also important. In this context, Necmettin Erbakan University faculty of law faculty member Dr. Hüseyin Çağrı Çorlu conveyed important information to the students.
