At the Erenköy Family and Youth Festival, “Internet Culture and Its Place in the Family” was discussed. Where is the internet in our lives with the digitality produced as a result of technological developments. Based on this question, the positioning of the internet in our lives and the advantages and disadvantages of this positioning were discussed. Expression of the intense and widespread use of the Internet focused on addiction. In recent years, parents have focused on this issue and the search for a solution has been resolved within the family. The reaction of the families, their approach and their positioning on the Internet was the main discussion point of this talk. Prohibition or restriction is not the solution, so it is necessary to establish a balance between the child and the parent. Therefore, it is important to create an internet culture and use it correctly.
