   The NEU Capsule Bozdoğan Rocket Team, operating under Necmettin Erbakan University, has qualified to showcase its engineering competencies on the global stage. Our team has been accepted to the "International Rocket Engineering Competition (IREC) 2026," considered the world's most prestigious rocket engineering event, to be held in the USA from June 15–20, 2026.

Having proven their technical prowess as finalists in the 2023 and 2024 TEKNOFEST competitions, the team will represent our country in the 10K COTS category with a uniquely designed rocket. Continuing their technical preparations, the team aims to wave our flag in the USA with the support of corporate stakeholders and sponsors within the framework of university-industry cooperation.
