Within the scope of the SAFIR Project, a trekking activity was organized in line with the project objectives. The event was held on the İvriz-Kızlar Oğlanlar Palace route, and during the walk, the participants had the opportunity to integrate with nature accompanied by traces of history, natural beauties and unique landscapes offered by spring. Teachers and students from Ereğli Lokman Hekim Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School participated in the event as guests and contributed to the program. We would like to thank them for their participation. We would also like to thank the Red Crescent Ereğli Representative Office and our host Ahmet Özkan Yazıcı for their support in organizing the event. The intense interest shown in the hiking event, which was organized with a total of 77 participants, was welcomed. Within the scope of the SAFIR Project, it is planned to continue similar activities on a regular basis in order to instill a love of nature in young people and to support them to increase their individual awareness in the peaceful atmosphere of nature.
