A plan as follows was created for the jujube sherbet event organized within the scope of World Plant Day, the benefits and usage areas of the jujube plant were introduced, and an attempt was made to revive the traditional beverage culture. Brief information was given about the importance of World Plant Day and the jujube plant. Within the scope of this activity, academic staffs and students of the Department of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants distributed jujube sherbet and feedback was received from the participants about the event. This event offered an enjoyable experience to the participants.
