In the webinar titled “Kitchen Management in Hotel Businesses” organized under the moderation of our University Meram Vocational School (Vocational School) Hotel Restaurant and Catering Services Department Cooking Program Lecturer Instructor Cemil USLU and with the participation of Baga Hotel Akyaka Kitchen Chef Chef Necmi ÇETİN, the participants were informed about Kitchen Management in Hotel Businesses. Chef Necmi ÇETİN, who shared his views on the place of the kitchen in the hotel organization structure, the responsibilities of the kitchen management, hotel kitchen structuring and restaurant kitchen structuring, the basic characteristics that a manager should have in kitchen management, addressed the other questions of the participants. In the webinar, which was followed with interest by students, food culture was defined as "the national identity of every society. The fastest way to strengthen communication and friendship between people" and "the carrier of emotions". Participants were informed about protecting our identity.
