The CubeSat Design Training, supported by our faculty's Türkay Community within the scope of the Unides project, was hosted and sponsored by the Capsule Technology Platform. In the training programme, it is aimed to bring together practical and theoretical components that provide comprehensive knowledge on small satellite design and development, and to provide students in space engineering and related fields with a comprehensive perspective on satellite technologies. Within the scope of the training, the participants were provided with the knowledge and skills in satellite design, system integration, orbit planning, orientation control and data analysis, which form the basis of space missions. During the two-day training; - Basic satellite systems, - Satellite communication systems - Orbit and orientation subsystem, - Control subsystem, - Flight computer and software subsystem, - Structural and propulsion subsystem, - Role of sensors in payload subsystem, On the second day of the training, practical sessions and workshops were held where the participants could put the theoretical knowledge gained on the first day into practice. Practical sessions and workshops were carried out to introduce the real hardware of the Küpsat systems, to observe the integration processes and to experience the interoperability of the systems.
