Mediation is an institution that has entered into many legal systems. The institution of mediation has been actively developed in the Turkish legal system in recent years. In this context, a semester-long program in the field of mediation has been organized for the willing students of our faculty to learn this field. Our faculty member Dr., who is a senior mediator within the scope of this program. Mahmut Kizir is making a presentation. The topic of the eighth week was the Ending of the Mediation Process and Preparation of the Agreement Document. Within the scope of this program, law faculty students are aimed to graduate as lawyers who are aware of the current developments in the field of mediation and are sufficiently knowledgeable in this field.
