Mediation is an institution that has entered many legal systems. In the Turkish legal system, the institution of mediation has been actively developed in recent years. In this context, a semester-long program has been organized in the field of mediation for the willing students of our faculty to learn this field. Within the scope of this program, Dr. Mahmut Kizir, a faculty member of our faculty, who is a senior mediator, makes a presentation. As the subject of the ninth week, the title of mediation is covered. Within the scope of this program, it is aimed that the students of the Faculty of Law graduate as lawyers who are familiar with the current developments in the field of mediation and with sufficient knowledge in this field.
