Students of Flour and Bakery Products Technology Program studying in the Food Processing Department of our School organized a technical trip to the purchasing laboratory, sales hall and KLD laboratory of Konya Commodity Exchange under the leadership of Lecturer Öznur Eymir. This instructive trip helped students to combine their theoretical knowledge with practice. Students had the chance to closely observe the various tests and analyzes carried out in the laboratories and understand the functioning of the commodity exchange.
