Meram Vocational School Property Protection and Security Department, Civil Defense and Firefighting Program students visited Konya 112 Emergency Call Center under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Mehmet Okan Erdal.
Students had the opportunity to closely observe real-world experiences on how emergency calls are managed, how coordination is provided and how intervention processes work. During the visit, students were provided with detailed information about emergency management and response strategies.

Assoc. Prof. Mehmet Okan Erdal, together with the students, interacted with the call center staff and evaluated the practical problems and solutions encountered in the management of emergency calls. In addition to gaining field experience, students had the opportunity to understand the complexity of emergency response processes. At the end of the visit, the students stated that they better understood the importance of Konya 112 Emergency Call Center and that the knowledge they gained will contribute to their professional lives.
